Article 91
Those who infringe upon others' copyright property rights by unauthorized reproduction shall be sentenced to imprisonment for more than six months but less than three years, and may also be fined up to NT$200,000.
Those who infringe upon others' copyright property rights by unauthorized reproduction with the intention to sell or rent shall be sentenced to imprisonment for more than six months but less than five years, and may also be fined up to NT$300,000.
Article 94
Those who make a regular business of committing the crimes stipulated in Articles 91, 92, or 93 shall be sentenced to imprisonment for more than one year but less than seven years, and may also be fined up to NT$450,000.
