Could the periodical be borrowed?

30 minutes before the service hours end, the 1F circulation counter starts to periodical borrowing. Have to return within 2 hours after opening hours start, or will be punished for NT$5 each hour. Faculty and graduate students can borrow 5 books, college students can borrow 2 books.
