How does the library deal with the book recommendation?

Common books: The library depends on the funding situation to purchase.
Academic books: Depends on the funding situation of each department. Therefore the books will be transferred to the library committee member of the department to verify and then purchase.
Chinese books will be available in 1~2 months after purchasing on average.
Foreign language books will be available in 2~5 months after purchasing on average.
