國立雲林科技大學圖書館多媒體教學室使用管理要點
一、 本校圖書館(以下簡稱本館)視聽資源中心為提供教師教學及學術研究使用,特設置多媒體教學室,並訂定本要點。
二、 凡本校教職員均可線上或洽本館視聽資源中心預約申請多媒體教學室。
三、 借用時間依照視聽資源中心開放時間為原則;寒暑假使用時間另行公告。
四、 為顧及全校師生公平性,多媒體教學室不作為指定排課教室及長期借用。
五、 借用人應遵守下列規定,如有違規情事,悉依國立雲林科技大學圖書館讀者違規處理辦法處理:
(一)申請核准完成後,借用人應於借用時間15分鐘內憑證件至本館8樓櫃檯辦理借用,超過時間未辦理借用者,視同棄權。
(二)多媒體教學室座位66人,現場使用人數未達20人,本館得要求借用人改用小型教學室或停止借用其權利。
(三)借用人不得於多媒體教學室內進行與教學、學術研究無關之政治性活動,使用時請保持肅靜,不得吸煙及攜帶飲料、食品及餐敘等入內,與其他之不當行為。
(四)教師教學需播放多媒體資料時,僅限本館館藏資料為原則,但若自備資料,請遵守著作權法,違者須自行負版權法律責任。
(五)為維護本館機器設備,借用人於使用前請先檢查機器狀況,如有異狀,請通知櫃檯人員處理,並請借用人確實按照使用說明操作機器及維持室內整潔,如因人為操作不當導致損壞,按規定須照價賠償。
(六)如有必要或遇有其他事由,本館有權決定是否借用或通知借用人暫停使用或取消預約。
(七)借用人使用多媒體教學室完畢後應立即告知櫃檯人員,離去時應熄燈及關閉門窗。
六、本要點經圖書資訊處主管會議通過後實施,修正時亦同。

National Yunlin University of Science and Technology Library Guidelines for the Use and Management of the Multimedia Instruction Room

To support faculty teaching and academic research, the Audio-Visual Resource Center of the Library at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as "the Library") has established a Multimedia Instruction Room and formulated these management guidelines.

All full-time faculty and staff of the University may apply to reserve the Multimedia Instruction Room by contacting the Audio-Visual Resource Center via phone or in person.

The usage hours of the room are subject to the opening hours of the Audio-Visual Resource Center. Usage hours during winter and summer breaks will be announced separately.

To ensure fairness and equal access for all faculty and students, the Multimedia Instruction Room shall not be used as a designated course classroom nor for long-term reservations.

Borrowers must comply with the following regulations. Violations will be handled in accordance with the “Regulations for Handling User Violations” of the Library:
(1) Upon approval of the reservation, the borrower must check in with a valid ID at the 8th-floor counter within 15 minutes of the reserved time. Failure to do so will be regarded as a forfeiture of the reservation.
(2) The room is intended for use by no more than 67 people. If the actual number of users is fewer than 20, the Library reserves the right to reassign the group to a smaller classroom or cancel the reservation. If the number of users exceeds 67, the Library reserves the right to terminate the session.
(3) The room must only be used for teaching or academic research-related purposes. Users must maintain silence, and smoking, bringing in beverages or food, or holding meals or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited.
(4) For teaching that requires multimedia playback, only Library-owned media may be used in principle. If personal materials are used, borrowers must comply with the Copyright Act and shall bear full legal responsibility for any infringement.
(5) To protect Library equipment, users must inspect the devices before use and report any abnormalities to the service counter. All equipment must be used according to the instructions, and the room must be kept clean. Borrowers are liable for damages caused by improper operation and will be required to compensate accordingly.
(6) The Library reserves the right to approve or deny usage, suspend ongoing use, or cancel reservations in response to necessity or other situations.
(7) After use, the borrower must notify the counter staff, turn off all lights, and ensure that doors and windows are closed before leaving.

These guidelines shall be implemented following approval by the Library Affairs Meeting and confirmation by the Library Director. The same procedure shall apply to any amendments.
