一、 本校為謀求圖書館業務之改進與發展,充分發揮圖書館之功能,特設置圖書委員會(以下簡稱本委員會)。
二、 本委員會設置委員若干人,由圖資長、各系所(學位學程)教師代表各一人及學生代表一人組成。委員任期為一學年,得連任之。教師代表由各系所(學位學程)自行推派,學生代表由學生會推派。
三、 本委員會委員之任務如下:
(一)圖書經費預算之分配。
(二)圖書資料之選擇與採購方針。
(三)圖書館重要章則及重大圖書採購案件之審議。
(四)其他有關本校圖書業務之建議事項。
四、 本委員會每學期開會一次,由圖資長召集,並主持會議,必要時得召開臨時會議,並得視實際需要邀請有關人員列席。
五、 本要點經行政會議通過,陳請校長核定後實施,修正時亦同。

1. To enhance the operations and development of the Library and to fully realize its functions, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as "the University") establishes the Library Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee").
2. The Committee shall comprise a number of members, including the Director of the Office of Library and Information Services, one faculty representative from each department (or degree program), and one student representative. Each member shall serve a one-academic-year term and may be reappointed. Faculty representatives shall be recommended by their respective departments or degree programs, while the student representative shall be appointed by the Student Association.
3. The duties of the Committee members are as follows:
(1) Allocation of the library’s budget.
(2) Selection and procurement policies for library resources.
(3) Review of important library regulations and major procurement cases.
(4) Other advisory matters related to the University’s library affairs.
4. The Committee shall convene once per semester, summoned and chaired by the Director of the Office of Library and Information Services. Special meetings may be called when necessary. Relevant personnel may be invited to attend as required.
5. These regulations shall be implemented upon approval by the Administrative Meeting and ratification by the President of the University. Amendments shall follow the same procedure.
