國立雲林科技大學圖書館影印服務管理要點
一、 本校圖書館(以下簡稱本館)為妥善管理影印機資源及服務讀者影印之需求,由廠商設置影印機,開放校內外讀者使用,特訂定本要點。
二、 因應著作權法及相關法令規定,不得非法影印書籍及文件,如有違反,應自負法律責任,並視情節輕重依相關校規懲處。
三、 服務時間:配合圖書館開放時間
四、 服務對象:開放校內外讀者使用。
五、 使用配備影印卡之影印機者,需先至櫃檯購買,影印卡之收費、退費及補發標準,依影印機廠商之規定。
六、 影印所需之紙張及碳粉等耗材由影印機廠商提供並定期維修,讀者不得使用非本館提供之紙張,倘因讀者使用自行攜帶之紙張而使設備受損,應負損壞賠償責任。
七、 影印機更換合約期間,讀者申請退費或換卡請依公告期間辦理。
八、 使用者若違反本要點之規定,管理單位有權取消其使用權。
九、 本要點經圖書資訊處主管會議通過後實施,修正時亦同。

Guidelines for the Management of Photocopying Services at the Library of National Yunlin University of Science and Technology

To ensure the proper management of photocopying resources and meet readers' needs, the Library of National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as "the Library") has contracted a vendor to install and maintain photocopying machines, which are available for use by both internal and external users. These guidelines are hereby established.

Under the Copyright Act and relevant regulations, illegal photocopying of books and documents is strictly prohibited. Violators shall bear legal responsibility and may be subject to disciplinary actions under university regulations, depending on the severity of the violation.

Service Hours: Aligned with the library's opening hours.

Service Users: Open to both internal and external users.

Users of photocopying machines operated with a copy card must purchase the card at the service counter. Charges, refunds, and reissuance policies are subject to the vendor's regulations.

Paper, toner, and other consumables are provided and maintained by the vendor. Users are not permitted to use paper not supplied by the Library. If the use of self-provided paper results in equipment damage, the user shall be held liable for compensation.

During vendor contract transitions, users requesting refunds or card replacements must do so within the announced period.

Users who violate these guidelines may have their usage rights revoked by the managing unit.

These guidelines shall be implemented upon approval by the Supervisory Meeting of the Library and Information Services Division. Amendments shall follow the same procedure.
