一、 宗旨：
為提昇本校伺服器之資訊安全及網路服務品質，特定本辦法。
二、 適用對象：
各行政及教學單位對外開放網際網路服務之伺服器。
三、 實施要點：
1. 各單位對外提供網際網路服務之伺服器，須有專人負責維護並進行相關
資訊安全作業。
2.伺服器須先經由資訊安全掃描軟體檢測，通過後方得連線提供服務。
3.圖書資訊處以下簡稱為本處 每學期將定期對列管伺服器進行資訊安全
掃描檢測，主機負責人須依據本處所提供之檢測報告進行相關漏洞修補。
4.主機維護人員應參加本處每年定期舉辦之資訊安全講習。
5.個人使用者不得私架伺服器，以避免不當資訊安全事件發生。
四、 本辦法經 資訊科技服務指導委員會 通過後實施，修正時亦同。
Server Management Regulations

1. Purpose:
To enhance information security and improve the quality of network services for servers at the University, these regulations are hereby established.
2. Scope of Application:
These regulations apply to servers of administrative and academic units that provide services accessible via the Internet.
3. Implementation Guidelines:

Each unit that provides Internet-based services through servers must assign dedicated personnel to maintain the servers and carry out related information security operations.

Servers must undergo security scanning using information security scanning software and may only be connected to the network after passing the scan.

The Office of Library and Information Services (hereinafter referred to as "the Office") will conduct regular security scans on registered servers each semester. Server administrators must address and fix any vulnerabilities identified in the scan reports provided by the Office.

Server maintenance personnel must attend the annual information security training sessions organized by the Office.

Individual users are prohibited from privately setting up servers to prevent improper information security incidents.
4. Enforcement:
These regulations shall take effect upon approval by the Information Technology Services Steering Committee and the President. Amendments shall follow the same procedure.
