國立雲林科技大學圖書館藝術中心典藏展覽空間管理要點 National Yunlin University of Science and Technology Library Art Center Collection Exhibition Space Management Guidelines

一、 國立雲林科技大學圖書館藝術中心為有效管理與運用常設展覽空間，以促進藝術文化之推廣、交流和教育，特訂定本要點。

二、 既有典藏展維運機制：

(一)調整為每3-5年展出1年，並爭取藝術家及其家屬追加捐贈。
(二)實體典藏品進行數位化，供民眾線上瀏覽。

三、 新申請典藏展覽資格：

(一)藝術家資格：

1.資深藝術家，其作品具有獨創性，並具有極高名望者。

2.國內外優異藝術家，其作品經教育文化相關機關獎勵或推薦者。

3.教育部審查合格之大專院校專、兼任美術教授。

4.曾獲國際著名展覽會優選或榮譽獎者。

5.其他合於校務發展之展覽。

(二)捐贈作品：需捐贈作品十件以上。

四、 新申請典藏展審查方式：由「國立雲林科技大學圖書館藝術中心諮詢委員會」審查。

五、 新申請典藏展展覽期間：至多以3年展期為限。

六、 展覽方案：

(一)本館自行規劃策展。
(二)捐贈藝術家或其指定人員策劃，並經本館同意後辦理。

七、 本要點經諮詢委員會議通過後實施，修正時亦同。

Approved on July 23, 2024, by the First Advisory Committee Meeting of 2024

1. To effectively manage and utilize the permanent exhibition space and to promote, facilitate, and educate through the arts, the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (YunTech) Library Art Center has established these guidelines.

2. Maintenance Mechanism for Existing Permanent Exhibitions:

   (1) The exhibition cycle shall be adjusted to display for one year every 3–5 years, with efforts to obtain additional donations from the artists or their families.

   (2) Physical collection items shall be digitized and made available for public viewing online.

3. Eligibility for New Permanent Exhibition Applications:

   (1) Artist Qualifications:

   1. Veteran artists whose works demonstrate originality and have achieved high acclaim.

   2. Outstanding domestic or international artists whose works have been recognized or recommended by cultural or educational authorities.

   3. Full-time or part-time art professors certified by the Ministry of Education at accredited universities or colleges.

   4. Recipients of awards or honors from internationally renowned exhibitions.

   5. Other exhibitions are deemed aligned with the university’s developmental goals.

   (2) Artwork Donation Requirement:
   A minimum of ten donated works is required.

4. Review Process for New Permanent Exhibition Applications:
   Applications will be reviewed by the "Advisory Committee of the YunTech Library Art Center."

5. Exhibition Duration for New Permanent Exhibits:
   A maximum exhibition period of three years.

6. Exhibition Planning Options:

   (1) The Library may independently curate the exhibition.

   (2) The donating artist or their designated representative may curate the exhibition, subject to the Library's approval.

7. These guidelines shall take effect upon approval by the Advisory Committee. Amendments shall follow the same procedure.
