一、 本校圖書館(以下簡稱本館)為提供讀者24小時自學環境，特訂定本要點。

二、 開放時間：

(一)學期中24小時開放。
(二)農曆春節期間不開放。
(三)寒暑假或特殊情況無法開放時，將另行公告。

三、 開放對象：本校現職在學之教職員工生。

四、 注意事項：

(一)24小時自學悅讀室禁止攜帶飲料、食物。
(二)個人物品應自行妥為保管，本館不負保管責任。
(三)因應並配合學校節能措施，空調設定每2小時即關閉，如有需求，讀者可自行開啟。
(四)使用自學悅讀室，以1人1座位為限，不得以物品占用位置，若發現離席30分鐘以上者，本館得逕行將該座位私人物品清出，且不負保管責任。
(五)自學悅讀室之所有財產皆屬學校所有，請愛惜使用，如有破壞、竊盜等情事，將依校規懲處並依法求償。
(六)使用自學悅讀室須保持安靜，違者悉依「國立雲林科技大學圖書館圖書資源借閱及違規要點」懲處。

五、 本要點經圖書委員會議通過，陳請校長核定後實施，修正時亦同。

Regulations for the Use of the 24-Hour Self-Study Reading Room

1. Purpose
To provide a 24-hour self-study environment for users, the Library (hereinafter referred to as "the Library") hereby establishes these regulations.

2. Opening Hours
(1) Open 24 hours during the regular semester.
(2) Closed during the Lunar New Year holiday.
(3) During winter and summer breaks or under special circumstances, any closure will be announced separately.

3. Eligibility for Use
(1) Current faculty, staff, and students of the University.

4. Rules and Guidelines
(1) No food or beverages are allowed in the 24-hour self-study reading room.
(2) Personal belongings should be kept and guarded by the users themselves; the Library assumes no responsibility for any loss.
(3) In accordance with the University's energy-saving policy, the air conditioning will automatically turn off every two hours. Users may turn it back on if needed.
(4) Each user is limited to one seat. Reserving seats with personal items is not allowed.
  A. If a user is away for more than 30 minutes, the Library reserves the right to remove the items without assuming any responsibility.
(5) All facilities and property in the self-study reading room belong to the University.
  A. Users shall take good care of them.
  B. Any damage, theft, or misconduct will be subject to disciplinary actions according to University regulations and legal liability.
(6) Users shall maintain silence in the reading room.
  A. Violators will be penalized according to the "National Yunlin University of Science and Technology Library Lending and Violation Guidelines."

5. Implementation
These regulations shall be implemented upon approval by the Library Committee and the President. Amendments shall follow the same procedure.
