24小時自學悅讀室管理要點 Guidelines for the Management of the 24-Hour Self-Study Reading Room

一、 國立雲林科技大學圖書館(以下簡稱本館)為提供讀者24小時自學環境，特訂定本要點。

二、 開放時間：

(一)學期中24小時開放。
(二)農曆春節期間不開放。
(三)寒暑假或特殊情況無法開放時，將另行公告。

三、 開放對象：本校現職在學之教職員工生。

四、 注意事項：

(一)24小時自學悅讀室禁止攜帶飲料、食物。
(二)個人物品應自行妥為保管，本館不負保管責任。
(三)因應並配合學校節能措施，空調設定每2小時即關閉，如有需求，讀者可自行開啟。
(四)使用自學悅讀室，以1人1座位為限，不得以物品占用位置，若發現離席30分鐘以上者，本館得逕行將該座位私人物品清出，且不負保管責任。
(五)自學悅讀室之所有財產皆屬學校所有，請愛惜使用，如有破壞、竊盜等情事，將依校規懲處並依法求償。
(六)使用自學悅讀室須保持安靜，違者悉依「國立雲林科技大學圖書館圖書資源借閱及違規要點」懲處。

五、 本要點經圖書委員會議通過，陳請校長核定後實施，修正時亦同。

1. To provide a 24-hour self-learning environment for readers, the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology Library (hereinafter referred to as  "the Library" ) has established these guidelines.

2. Opening Hours:
   (1) Open 24 hours during the academic semester.
   (2) Closed during the Lunar New Year holiday.
   (3) Closed during winter/summer breaks or under special circumstances; announcements will be made separately.

3. Eligible Users:
   Current faculty, staff, and students of the university.

4. Important Notes:
   (1) No food or beverages are allowed in the 24-Hour Self-Study Reading Room.
   (2) Users must take care of their personal belongings. The Library is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
   (3) Under the university's energy-saving policies, the air conditioning will automatically shut off every two hours. Users may turn it back on if needed.
   (4) Each person is allowed one seat. Reserving seats with personal items is not permitted. If a user is absent for over 30 minutes, the Library reserves the right to remove personal belongings from the seat without assuming any responsibility.
   (5) All facilities and equipment in the self-study reading room are the property of the university. Users must treat them with care. Any acts of vandalism or theft will be subject to disciplinary action according to university regulations and legal liability.
   (6) Users must maintain a quiet environment in the room. Violators will be dealt with according to the "Regulations for Library Resource Borrowing and Violations" of the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology Library.

5. These guidelines shall be implemented upon approval by the Library Committee and ratification by the University President. The same procedure applies to future amendments.
