This exhibition presents a systematic display of works from five periods since Chen Jiafeng began his creative journey. Through the natural and rustic characteristics of clay, the artist aims to showcase the close relationship between form and material. The exploration delves into the interdependence among individuals, between people and society, and the connection between humans and nature.
"Nature" serves as humanity's best teacher. Through a dialogue with nature, the artist comprehends the natural principles of "effortless nature," "impermanence," and "emptiness as inherent." Through this, a profound understanding of the mysteries of "nature" is gained. The continuous unfolding of nature, from existence to non-existence and the natural way of transformation from non-existence to existence, is deeply realized. Drawing inspiration from the diverse facets of nature, the artist utilizes the warm and malleable characteristics of clay to articulate the beautiful experiences of life. The pursuit of inner tranquility, equanimity, and harmony reflects the natural beauty of the passing of time and the impermanence of all things.
