【Exhibition】Blooming Together─Shu-wan Lai, Mei-chu Hong, Lynn Chen Solo Exhibition

National Yunlin University of Science and Technology is like another home for the three artists, with extraordinary meaning.
Mei-zhu Hong is a true native of Douliu; Shu-wan Lai used to send her daughter to school in Douliu and moved to live near the university, shuttling back and forth on campus every day.
Lynn Chen's husband, Qing-liang Wang, used to serve as an associate professor in the Department of Industrial Design and the Department of Creative Design. In the second year of the University's founding, when the trees had not yet provided shade, she often helped her husband at the university.
However, there is no eternal feast in the world; not long after Professor Wang retired, he passed away.
Lynn is grateful for Mei-zhu and Shu-wan's companionship through the low ebb of life during Professor Wang's year and a half of serious illness.
In life, we all have different perseverance and dreams. The three women have been deeply cultivating in life and art for many years. The real touching moments in life are genuine and down-to-earth.
To have love for life is to find beauty in life.
