Can we take my own media materials to the library, when the teacher requires us to hand in the reports?

It is not allowed. The library is a public place. According to the Copyright Law and its implementation regulations, it is necessary to have a public broadcast version or written authorization consent from the production publishing company to play it. Otherwise, it constitutes an infringement and cannot be played. Unauthorized copying using the library's equipment is prohibited, too.
