Carbon footprint refers to carbon dioxide and related greenhouse gases directly and indirectly generated during the life cycle of an activity or product, and is expressed in terms of carbon dioxide emissions, which can be divided into four application levels, personal, product, corporate and national/city Carbon Footprint.
